For Sizing Flex your knee and measure the circumference of your knee at the knee cap. XS – 30-33 cm or 12-13 inches S – 33-37 cm or 13-14.5 inches M – 37-41cm or 14.5-16 inches L – 41-44 cm or 16-17.3 inches XL – 44-47 cm or 17.3-18.5 inches If you are in between sizes we recommend sizing down.
