A Set of 2 of modern stools that are handmade with a solid steel base and a reclaimed barn wood top. It’s an ideal piece to add a rustic yet modern touch to your kitchen table, computer desk, counter, or bar. It’s very durable and we’ve built it to last. The wood top is reclaimed, old Growth Douglas Fir that was salvaged from a project of ours. The building was over 170 Years old. It’s very satisfying to use reclaimed wood to produce furniture. Its timeless and unique look and its environmental contribution as a recycled green building material makes the end product special. FAST SHIPPING Selecting the right stool height: The 18″ stool is designed for tables of an average height of 30″ inches. The 25″ stool is designed for counters of an average height of 36″ inches. The 30″ stool is designed for bars of an average height of 42″ inches. Seat Dimensions: 11.5″W x 13″D Base Bottom Dimensions: 15″ Square Base Repurposed Wood Rich in Character and History: Our reclaimed wood is salvaged from barns around the country. As barns age, their structure becomes compromised but its wood ages beautifully gaining timeless characteristics that make for beautiful furniture. Our wood makes great tables, office desks, standing desks, cafe tables, benches, bar stools, and more offered in our shop. Some Assembly Required: We pre-drill the holes for all the screws and color code them to correspond with each wooden top.
