Each press is made from high-quality hardwoods and stainless steel hinges that give it a unique character and durability. Wood color and grain patterns may vary slightly with each press. The press has been treated with several coats of food-grade mineral oils and beeswax. – Presses available in Small (approx. 8″), Medium (approx. 10″) and Large (approx. 11.5″). The 8″ and 10″ presses can be ordered through a separate listing. These presses work best with gluten-free grains.
