We turn these knobs from carefully selected domestic and exotic hardwoods. We finish our handles using a friction polishing technique. Using only all natural renewable resources shellac, linseed oil, walnut oil and other natural products. This finish strictly adheres to established food safe standards and qualifies as non-toxic and food safe. After the finishing process is complete, we apply a non-toxic wax, which is a blend of natural beeswax, carnauba wax and citrus oils. Finally we buff the handle to a clear, hard, satin finish. Priced per Set of 2 The knobs are only able to fit the Andreja Premium, Vetrano 2B, QM67, Alex II, and the Alex Duetto. ​**NOTE**: These new knobs will only fit on the “New Style” knobs shown in the picture in our listing or machines that come with with chrome caps(like the set in our pictures). If your knobs matches the “Old Style” design, these knobs will not fit. Please inquire if you have another machine with similar knobs. We can custom build them for most prosumer espresso machines. And in many cases cost less than this particular set. Note: We do offer a core exchange of $50, if you send us your old set of knobs.
