Each press is made from high quality hardwoods that give it a unique character and durability. Wood color and grain patterns may vary slightly with each press. The press has been treated with several coats of food grade mineral oils and beeswax. These presses work best with gluten free grains. – Presses available in Small (approx. 8″), Medium (approx. 10″) and Large (approx. 11.5″). The 10″ and 11.5″ press can be purchased through a separate listing.
These presses work best for non-gluten based products like corn. Presses are not recommended for flour based products as the gluten in the flour makes it difficult to press thin enough for tortillas.
