This cedar chest is made to where you can put a cushion on top. It is 100% cedar wood, no plywood. The chest measures 36″ long by 16″ wide by 18″ tall. The seating area is approximately 34″ long by 15″ deep. The lid is about 1/2″ larger than the chest.
