Customize the name and date of your loved one. Our wood plaques are created with Love right in our shop. We have designed 3 sizes for you to choose from. The sizes are: 8×10 ~ 9×12 ~ 12×15. We have chosen Cherry as our wood and we use our blended varnish to give it a natural finish. Each plaque is one of a kind and there are knots ~ rings ~ swirls and of course the beautiful character of each tree. They are ready to hang out of the box with our key-hole slot.
