The interior of the ring has the word Patriot. I can size the coin from 8 to 17 and all half sizes in between. The ring will look different from the pictures depending on the size needed. The smaller size rings will have a longer face. Please let me know what size you want at checkout and if you want the ring polished or antiqued. ( I prefer antiqued because it brings out the detail, most of the pictures are antiqued) All rings are coated to help protect the finish.
