This steel table base add a unique blend of modern and industrial styles to any custom project or retro-fit. This base comes with a 1″ thick base plate, and 4″ square tubing for the vertical columns as well as oversized 1/4″ thick top plates to ensure stability of the top. The specified width is the width of the base plate, and the specified length is the length across the top of the tubes. The length of the base plate is approximately 60% of the top length. This may be modified to ensure stability. Due to the nature of the design of this base, it is not recommended to use this style base for tops over 84″ long. Two smaller bases can be used for larger tops, or a different base style can be selected. It comes standard with oblong holes in the top plates as well as leveling feet. All products undergo extensive quality control checks to ensure your products are made as specified and come free of any defects or sharp edges. Due to the nature of how the base is made, specified dimensions are an approximation of the overall base foot print, and may vary by a few inches.
