I began with notes inside the box, ‘Eight Rings for Eight Years of Love and Memories’ and quickly realised customers wanted to include their own messages too. This combination of the interlocking rings necklace, presented with a meaningful note inside the box originated here and is very much part of our brand. I now have a wonderful team of experienced jewellery-makers working alongside me. At least four people work on each order and we always include a jewellery guide with a ‘Thank You’ letting the customer know who worked on their piece.
