I made and trimmed these bowls on the potter’s wheel and gave them pulled handles. The shape is one that I like for its simplicity and also functionality. The deep sides keep foods from spilling over, even for the big appetites. I also left the inside unadorned of texture so you can scrape the last bit of soup or cereal from the bottom and it wipes clean very easily too. They have a large capacity that fits an entire can of soup and still leaves space for bread dipping, crackers or cheese topping. The handle just makes it easier to use.
