This exercise machine is fashioned with an upgraded 6 lbs magnetic resistance flywheel, which offers great support for everyday use. This machine is whisper silent when using, which is great for in home or in office use!

MINDFUL LIVING + FUNCTIONAILITY – this ERG and rowing machine is light weight and can be stored upright or is easily broken down to keep space in the home or office at a minimum. The Mindful Living Erg also offers caster wheels on it’s end to make porting around spaces a breeze.
WE BUILD MACHINES NOT SOFTWARE – The computer and software is sold separately because in general with these types of machines the software/computer is mediocre an estimate. As such many consumers decide not use the software at all. It’s our view that rather than waste the plastic (and cost) we offer it separately for each consumer to decide whether or not they want it.
MINDFUL LIVING WARRANTY: We offer a 5 year warranty on parts. If your machine breaks we will replace the part at no charge.
