It is restaurant quality and very durable. It can withstand heavy use in the kitchen and make for an excellent serving board for entertaining. The tapered edges slip smoothly under pizzas for easy handling. 2. The peel is available in 2 sizes – you can choose. 14″ wide x 24″ long OR 16″ wide x 26″ long. 3. You have the option of adding a leather loop. I’ll drill a hole in the end of the handle and include a leather cord for hanging on a wall. Makes for a great finished touch (and super useful for turning this piece into wall art when you aren’t using it). 4. Each item is engraved to order in the workshop. 5. No dyes or stains are used, just a light finish of food grade mineral oil to keep the wood in great condition. Laser engraving is permanent and will not fade or wash out. 6. Easy to maintain; wash with warm water and occasionally condition with food grade mineral oil to extend life and beauty. 7. Prices include personalization.
