Sandy Koufax was a left-handed pitcher who played his entire career with the Brooklyn / Los Angeles Dodgers. During his career, he pitched four no-hitters, and a perfect game on September 9, 1965. Koufax is a 3-time Cy Young Award winner, 7-time All-Star and a 3-time Triple Crown winner. He led the Dodgers to four World Series wins, and was twice named the Series MVP. In 1972, he was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame and the Dodgers retired his jersey #32. Koufax has been named to Major League Baseballs All-Century Team and All-Time Team.
